With great regret, I must announce that we are closing Brandarmies.

I want to inform all companies and influencers about the current financial challenges facing Brandarmies España S.L. and Woubiz Group ApS, while also notifying about the filing for suspension of payments and the possibility of bankruptcy.

Unfortunately, this also means that we must temporarily shut down brandarmies.com until a solution is found or a final decision is made. We will keep the website open until Wednesday, March 6, after which access will unfortunately have to be closed.

This announcement comes in light of the companies, of which I am the CEO, facing a financially difficult situation and the prospect of imminent closure or potential bankruptcy.

Regrettably, it has not been possible to secure additional capital for the company, which has been severely impacted by declining sales. The overall financial situation, exacerbated by the post-COVID lockdowns and subsequent inflation affecting Europe, has further worsened our predicament.

Additionally, in December, we finally uncovered evidence of a fraud case involving the former COO and operations manager of the companies. This has undermined the ability of Brandarmies España S.L. and Woubiz Group ApS to secure capital and has led us into an extremely challenging situation.

I hope for understanding of this announcement, as during this difficult period, we prioritize maintaining composure and acting prudently.
